Conference Registration

Registration is open. Here are the steps:

Pre-registrations must be received by July 5, 2008, whether mailed or submitted online. After July 5, registrations will only be accepted at the door.

Online Registration

• Click here to complete the online registration form.
• Fill in the appropriate blanks and make your payment by credit card.
• When you press the Checkout Button the form will be submitted to the '08 registration chairperson.

Mail-in Registration

• Click here to download the registration form.
• Print out the form, and complete it.
• If you want the breakfast package, banquet or T–shirts, please order them on the registration form. Remember to indicate a banquet meal choice on your form, as well as T–shirt size. Please see the camping page or registration form for instructions about camping reservations prior to sending in payment.
• Include names and group information for your conference badges.
• Total the cost of your registration.
• Include a check or money order for the total amount, payable to Fellowship of the Spirit Conference.

This year we have room for 1200 people in the Copper Pavilion, 125 breakfasts and 325 banquets. We do not think space is going to be an issue but if we do sell out you can still send in your registration and payment, and get onto the waiting list. In past years, we've filled a sizable number of registrations from the waiting list. We'd love to see you in Copper this year, so please act quickly.

The online and mail-in registrations are only your conference registrations. They are not your lodging registration. Please see the lodging page for more information.

If you are mailing your registration remember to include your payment in the form of a check or money order. Sorry, we cannot accept registrations without payment.

You will receive a confirmation. Online registrations will be confirmed by email, along with the payment receipt. Mailed registrations will be confirmed by U.S. mail if among the first 1200. If more than 1200 registrations are received, registrants will be contacted and asked whether they want to be on the waiting list.

Refund policy: The Fellowship of the Spirit Conference will fully refund your registration through July 5, 2008. After that date, no refunds will be given for the 2008 conference, but you are free to transfer your registration to someone else if you are unable to attend.

Camping cancellations and refunds: A $15 camping cancellation fee will apply through July 21. Cancellations cannot be accepted after that date. To verify availability of camping space, please contact the 2008 camping chair, Jim B. at 970-376-4960 or by e-mail prior to sending in your registration. See the camping page for details.
