The following events are opportunities to fellowship and re-unite with old friends, meet new friends, and connect with conference speakers and members of the conference committee while sharing delicious meals.
Meals provided by YMCA will be at the following times:
Breakfast – 7:00 am until 9:00 am
Lunch – 11:30 am to 1:30 pm
Dinner – 5:00 pm to 7:30 pm
Three meals per day are included as part of the lodging package for those staying at the YMCA.
FOTS Participants who are staying offsite or in a cabin may choose to purchase a “meals only” plan from the YMCA.
Fellowship Barbecue Buffet
The Fellowship Barbecue Buffet is a traditional highlight of the conference where you’ll mingle with old friends, new friends, speakers and members of the conference committee.
NOTE: The cost of the Saturday Night banquet does not generate revenue for the conference and only covers costs charged by the YMCA for the event. If you have already registered for the conference and would like to add the fellowship dinner you may do so by going back onto the registration site and only select the Fellowship Barbecue Buffet.
Throughout the conference and at specific FOTS events, water will be served.
Additional Dining Options Provided by YMCA and separate from the FOTS Conference:
- Rustic Café serving snacks, espresso, and light meals
- Pine Room Restaurant is adjacent to Aspen Dining Room
- Y’s Guys Pizza serving fresh made-to-order pizza
