YMCA of the Rockies in Estes Park Colorado offers a variety of lodging options and activities for all interests and ages. Please read through this page to familiarize yourself with information about lodging.
The rates for the rooms are based on adult occupancy, instead of a flat rate. The more people in your room, the lower the cost per person. Please mention “Fellowship of the Spirit” when you reserve your room to receive the conference rates.
You may call YMCA to make your reservation at 1-888-613-9622. Make sure to reference you are with the Fellowship of the Spirit 2026 conference. Or you can book your reservation online following the directions below:
Your conference lodge room package includes accommodations plus three meals per day, beginning with the evening meal on arrival and ending with breakfast meal on departure. On-site complimentary recreation includes miniature golf, basketball, volleyball, tennis, indoor swimming, hiking trails, playgrounds, library, and many family programs. Archery, horseback riding, and craft projects are available on-site for a fee.

Payment & Reservation Details
- A 35% deposit, payable to the YMCA, is due at the time of reservation.
- Once the 35% deposit is received by the YMCA, a lodging confirmation and reservation number will be emailed to you.
- Any payments made directly to the Group Leader or Group will not appear on your lodging confirmation and do not constitute a lodging reservation.
- Application of any monies already paid to the Group Leader or Group is at the discretion of the Group Leader after check-out.
- All lodging reservations and the required 35% deposit must be made directly with the YMCA.

Book a Room for the 2026 Conference

For any children age 6-12 years staying in the room with a parent, include with your reservation the names of children and their ages. If applicable, meal prices for children will be added to your reservation prior to arrival. Child meal prices 2024-2025 season ages 6-12 years: Breakfast – $7.50, Dinner – $14.50. Children 5 and under: no charge

Lodging Information
The Fellowship of the Spirit Conference has a limited room block at the YMCA. June is one of the busiest months in Estes Park. We encourage you to book your room soon.Our FOTS committee has been hard at work, and we can’t wait to see you all in June.
Accommodation availability changes frequently, so check back with the YMCA if a room isn’t available at the time of your call.
Central Lodges – Sleep up to 5 people with two queen beds and a futon, private bath & WiFi. Handicap rooms available.
*Kids 5 and under are free.
The accommodations at the YMCA of the Rockies are modest and do not include TV’s or any kitchen appliances. Some, but not all, rooms include refrigerators. There are shared coffee stations in the buildings.
Please plan accordingly.
YMCA RESERVATION & CANCELLATION POLICY
Please review YMCA of the Rockies deposit and cancellation policy . Use the link at the top of the page to reserve your room. A 35% deposit is required to be paid by the person reserving the room. If you decide to add more people to your room after you’ve reserved it, simply have those persons mention that they are staying with you when they check-in at the conference. Persons in a room already reserved will not have to pay an additional 35% deposit. The rate will be adjusted accordingly at the end of the conference. If you would like to reserve your room for an extended stay before or after the conference, please call YMCA of the Rockies at 1-888-613-9622. Be sure to tell them you are with “Fellowship Of The Spirit Conference.”
In the event that you must cancel your reservation here are the guidelines:
If cancellation is made more than 48 hours in advance of arrival, your deposit will be refunded
If cancellation is made within 48 hours of arrival, 100% of the deposit is forfeited
MEALS
Your room rate includes 3 meals a day: breakfast, lunch and dinner. These are served “all you can eat” buffet style in the dining room. Meal tickets will be provided to you upon room check-in and must be presented at each meal.
- Breakfast: Options include fresh fruit, eggs, potatoes, pancakes/waffles, beverages
- Lunch and Dinner: Options include daily salad bar, vegetarian options, beverages and dessert.
Pet Policy
- Pets are not allowed to stay in the lodge rooms or large family reunion cabins. They are also not allowed in any of the public buildings or meeting rooms.
- Pets are allowed to stay in the smaller family cabins (2 – 4 bedrooms) for an additional fee of $25 per pet per day.
- Pets are allowed on YMCA property as long as they are leashed.
